    It runs!

The rebuild on the XL1200 is finished. This is the list of what I ended up doing:
    Wiseco pistons - standard bore
    LA Sleeves
    Oil blockoff kit
    Primer kit
    Mikuni carb rebuild kit
    Pro-Tec Jet Kit
1.5 needles, 135 main jets, 100 pilot jets, 115 gram springs
    K&N Flame Arresters
    Carbon Tech reeds
    Pro-Tec stuffers
Triton Engineering billet aluminum cylinder head
    New Yamaha crankcase
    Pro-Tec Ride plate
    Pro-Tec intake grate
    Tiny Tach Commercial tach

The ski was stock when I got it. The number 2 piston was shot and the crankcase had a hole in the bottom from piston fragments being jammed through. This is my first ski and my first time working on them but all in all, it was not too bad. I am taking it out tomorrow to go through the break-in cycle for the pistons and sleeves and then I will tune the carbs. I am hoping for good results.

If anyone has any suggestions, please chime in!
