hmmm, this doesnt look good...crack in tunel RXTX
when I was taking off the intake grate saw this! didnt had much time to inspect it as it was getting dark and I had to drive the ski to park it at firends house (HOA is killing me)
is this what everyone else with TX is experiancing? How do I go about fixing it? I havent looked inside yet to check as I would have to remove a lot to see.
so whats the latest with BRP and this? Are they gonna do something about it or leave it till someone flys off and dies?

Thats nothing. Put some right stuff on your finger, stick your hand up there and just cover it. It will be fine.
Mine did the same thing there a year ago and fixed it like that and still ok.
The tunnels are cracking on the side like this....

Judging by the marks around the driveshaft, I would say something got stuck or wrapped up in there and caused the damage.
Have a look at the rings round the shaft.

I don't have that on my 04 RXP. any cracking on fiberglass is not good. I could understand stress/Flex cracks as it has to flex and move on impact. But I see a different picture on the problem of the RXT-X Tunnel.

thanks for the reply guys...I didnt even notice the marks at the shaft...maybe seeweed, we get some of it around potomac! I have to do the waterbox and XS IC so when I do that I will reinforce the tunnel! that pic STS posted has a lot of cracks in gelcoat, atleast mine is not that bad! phew

I bought one Rule 750GPH pump, do you think that would be enough?
