    WTF, do you have

to do to make fast cure 4200 dry? I installed he pump shoe on 6/27/06 over a week ago and I went out and looked and it is still not dried on the outside. If I rub it where it meets the hull it is still sticky and rubs off.
The ski has been sitting in a building since the installation

Maybe they screwed up and it's 5200 IN the tube versus 4200 fast dry.

    Wait, isn't there a 5200 fast dry and normal? Isn't there a 4200 and a 4200 fast dry too?

Doesn't matter what it is, over a week anything should be dried.

Just got off the phone with 3m and they said that the product was made in Dec of 05 and it has a shelf life of 12 months if stored right. How knows what West Marine did in the beginning. The stuff that was left over in the can that was thrown in trash can is still soft.
The ski was stored in a metallic building after I put it on but the heat should of helped dry it.
I don't guess the inside is dry if the outside is like that.

Ellie before you take that all apart again put a heat lamp up to the 4200 for 12 to 48 hours if it is not done by then take it off and start over this time use (right stuff)
