    New stuff for tuning.

Alright guys, got several items I hope to get installed and get my pro dialed in further.

If the river in my parts stays up where it's at now for several weeks I should be able to get some good tuning time in.

So far I have '97 pro parts in a '00 hull. Engine internals/electrical are all stock.
    ADA head with pump domes.
3.5" cone styel Tau Ceti's with prefilters atop stock carbs/ choke removed.
Stock pipes with '97 water routing w/jetworks exiting through a Hotseat waterbox.
    Stock 97 impellor on a 6vein SS. 4*wedge
    Stock rideplate, stock intake grate.

    New parts.............
    Watcon ride plate
    6* wedge
    Pol2A AAT
    '99 stock CDI
And if V Force reeds are worth the boot, I'll install those if I can find a set.

Should have my GPS and mount in a few days and then I'll begin testing.

Question is, what do you think I should start with first? I'd like to install one piece at a time and do testing. Example.......install the rideplate, note change, then add another item.

I do think i'll be installing the AAT last as everything else should be dialed in.

I've been running 7600-7800 rpms all day long in the past.

Lets hear some opinions and guess's of what I should be able to get it to run?

Well, after screwing up Thursday at the boatramp, I swamped my engine from water that was in the exhaust system

Got it home right away, stripped down, got all the water out, and got if fired back up and running again.

Took it out today to run a tank through it and make sure everything was gonna run ok. I took it easy for first half a tank while getting any moisture that was left in it burnt out.

Ski ran great.........no burbles or anything, so i was happy about that.

I got my GPS mounted the other day, so I had that with today. Not very happy I didnt go over 40 the first half of tank as I wasn't goin all out and varied my throttle alot.

Later on, I started taking longer bursts to see how it ran.

I had been fighting to find RPM's that last couple years, but for some reason thought I got it taken care of last summer, but didnt.

    I was only pulling 7200-7300 R's today and only pulled a 56.9mph.

I've got several goodies to put on the ski here this summer, but I want to get this rpm problem taken care of ASAP.

I'm gonna round up all my info on the ski here tonight, and post. I need some more guys thinkin to help me figure this out as I've been everywhere on my jetting with no luck.

I was hoping to see high 50's right near 60. Something isn't right and I know I can get more speed out of this.

I was planning on locking the valves all the way open today to see if I gained R's with that, but forgot.

    97 stock impellor. 97 carbs.

I tested all my pipes last year prior to powdercoating.

I'm goin out now, gonna check compression again, find my jetting specs, and get the # off my impellor.

    Alright, I've done it now............

Pipes shouldn't be a problem, and impellor will have to be changed anyways.

Gonna have to start all over with tuning, gonna have new pipes in a few weeks.

I know............I was just thinking about that. I dont know what i'll do now. Put them on this year. or wait and find carbs and plan on having it ready with the pipes for next year.

What to do, what to do lol
