95 Polaris SL 750, removing starter. please help
How do i remove and replace the starter on a 1995 polaris 750 sl? PLEASE HELP

The starter is under th exhaust pipe. Remove it and you'll have easy access to the starter.

i have all ready done all of that. do i just unscrew the 2 or 3 screw and take it out and then put the new one in? or do i have to do something else to it to?

How to remove the starter motor from a Fuji engine (blue engine)
Remove the two bolts at the rear of the starter motor, and the nut holding the cable on.
In the attached photo, ignore the pen pointer - the starter bolts are above one another, on the right side of the black starter motor (in the photo). The rear of the engine is to the right in the picture.
The starter motor has a snout that seats into the flywheel housing, and needs to slide rearwards. There are o-rings in there, and often the motor snout is rather stuck in the flywheel housing.
Lots of wiggling, and perhaps some oil penetrant, should get it out. In extreme cases, you may need to shift it rearward with a small block of wood and a mallet.
