    RPM wire hookup?

Hey, I'm wanting to know where to hook up the rpm adapter for the LM-1 wideband? Can anyone tell me where the rpms wire is located and what color it is? Thanks!

Have a look on their web-site, it tells you there.

there's got to be someone whose logged rpm's with their LM-1. I don't think the inductive method will work because the coils are in the spark plug holes. I want to be able to log my a/f with rpms this weekend.

Ok, I think I understand you now.

Which/or what did you get in the LM-1 box?

The only place to get a input is from 1 of the coil wires. But this will have to be on the analogue cable.

In the manual it shows you the colour of the core of the analogue cable. I is this you connect to the coil wire.

...or take a good read here, all the answers are there depending on what you have. http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/forums/

Just make a note that the same wire that appears in all coil connections is the ground wire.

so basically your saying that I'll need to connect the rpm converter analog input to one of the wires going to the coils?
