How would you go about this on a gpr

Have a broken bolt on the front bow cleat with less than a quarter of an inch! Need to get it out! This hull has been painted. I need to be careful with the heat? Any idea would be great thanks Lee

I'd spray WD40, PB Blaster, etc. and let it sit overnight. Then take a pair of vice grips to it. If that doesn't work, slot it with a dremel and use an impact screwdriver to get it out.

Do you have an impact screwdriver? On occasion I see them at Lowe's near the ratchets, sockets, etc. They really do work. About $20 if I remember correctly.

using a dremel will do the trick if it is sticking out far enough
