    A few questions....

Have a few questions... All 750slt fujimon...
    1. Where is a good source for head gaskets.

    2. O/P head. For water on top and side. Small outlet on side is for thermo? Large one on top for discharge? Which one can I "t" a hose fitting on to? Also, are the copper gaskets for cylinder base or the Ocean Pro head? (thx kev.)

    3. Was talking to Robert today... He says if I blow into my tank, it should pressurize. It doesn't. Check valve seemed okay when I did new suction hoses for fuel lines. The gasket for the blue tank top cap was not in good shape. Any one ever make one of these? Is the tank not pressuring up an issue?

    4. Turned off petcock and blew hard towards it, no leak. Is this sufficient for testing this?

Thanks again, as usual, for your time and patience. The death rev thing today was quite a trip.

Gaskets I like to watch on Ebay.

In a hurry, contact Randy at Watcon.com or John Zigler. Buy a set of Cometic yop end gaskets and keep spares, etc....

OP head: Small hole is thermo.

Large hole can be a feed or outlet. Depends on how you plumb your cooling.

Actually Slick PWC was kind enought to post the OP head install instructions. Take a look at those in the tech section or in his thread.

Copper gaskets are for the head silly.

Tank should build a little pressure (1.5 psi) to help supply the fuel pump.

What do you mean for testing the petcock? you need to make sure it's clean and not restricting. Not making sure it's closed

Closed, for air leak. If you close a valve and get blow by, may be air leak.
The copper gaskets are head gaskets for that head? Never had the jugs offa one of these so if it seems like I dunno it's cause I don't.

Will check out the slick thread/post. Thx.

I guess you can try that, but that's not the circuit you want to test.

Your better off opening the petcock and plugging the other side and blowing. That will test if air is getting into the fuel.

Those gaskets are for that head, but you may want stock gaskets too. You'll want to check your squish and see where you're at. I think you want to be pretty close to 50 thousandths.

Too much and you lose your high compression advantage.

To little and you get deto.

FYI the squish on my triple piped boat ended up at .0515 and the compression is at 163-165 psi.
