    Steering nozzle bushing waverunner3

My ski has developed some play in the steering nozzle at the pivot point. The stainless steel bushings are fine but the alum around them is loose. Does anyone make oversized bushings or has anyone had luck with welding and redrilling the holes? The new nozzle is only $49.00 but Im cheep! Thats why I have a 16y/o ski! The bushings are the ones that sit at 12 and 6 oclock. They let the nozzle move side to size to steer.
    Thanks

Repaired! had a machine shop make new bushings. It just like new again and ready for the next 15 years.
