    PCV breather/oil catch can

I just installed this PCV breather / oil catch can in my ski. This will keep the oil out of the intake, supercharger and intercooler.

I ordered it from Jaz Products 800-525-8133 and the part number is 605-375-05 for natural color, or 605-375-01 for black.

It comes with two 3/8" barbed inlets, but I was able to get it with just one 3/8" inlet. I decided that I would ditch the 3/8" inlet and I drilled and tapped the plastic to accomodate a 3/4" barbed inlet to match the hose size already on the ski. I think the 3/8" would not have provided enough ventilation at high RPM's.

    It was $55

I don't think it is the same thing as the R&D. I believe the R&D is just a breather. The Jaz catch can will catch any oil which can be drained off later thru the little valve.

I can't imagine a performance gain, but I hate the look of that hose spewing smoky air/oil out into the hull. I need to get one of these breathers.

    Where does this connect ?

Does this go on the hose that hooks into the intake that has the slow drip of oil ?
