    Pitching VS. new Prop?

So Im reading over and over that people are having more success in getting their props repitched than buying new one's. With that said why buy a new prop?

well alot of times people are re-pitching to a pitch that isnt sold or doing more of a tweak than repitching. buy new to get close then tweak the trailing edge or whatever to adjust your rpms

If you have deep pockets then get a new prop but a repitch works just fine. I have a summer and winter oem prop for my T-X that are about 300 rpm apart. Both props have been blue printed by me and they work great. 1 is pitched to 14/24 and the other is 12/22. I just installed the 12/22 and low and behold, my cavitation from the R&D grate is gone. Once I get my kanaflex installed, I will repitch for best rpm again. It's a learning experience.
