    another SC question

    hey all i have a 2007 gtx limited --last year at 40 hours Jerry put a greenwheel in my SC plus he replaced the washers with riva metal washers and he installed some riva ceramic SC bearings also --- i use amsoil also -- i now have a 100 hours do i need to have the SC rebuilt now ? i'm mainly wondering about the SC needle bearings -- or can i wait until the end of the summer ? i'm not a hard rider on this ski

    The manual says go 100 hours between rebuilds. If you're not a hard rider IMO you're fine to wait for the end of the season to have it rebuilt (or 140 hours, whichever comes first)

    You might want to at least get the slip checked on the charger. I just had my Riva washers break because it heated them up because of to much slip.

    If your worried about the needle bearings you can buy new ones for around 12 dollars and replace them only..BUT if Jerry rebuilt it 60 hours ago and you are having no issues then i would have the slip checked and run it the rest of the season..Then over the winter have a complete rebuild done..
