    08 and up supercharger oiling system retrofit.

    So has anyone tried this yet? I have the oil line part from the new style and have yet to try to install it. I'm wondering if the old style oil spray nozzle can be removed and the hole simply threaded and the new banjo fitting installed. It's funny how there's already a boss inside the PTO cover for the small support bolt to be drilled and tapped into. It's like they knew they were going to do this YEARS ago. If this works it would be the poor mans answer to the rotax racing SC oil system. I would like to see how this helps clutch life although i still think the bearings are a major issue. Any thoughts?

    Yes it can be done, I have removed no less than ten pre 08 PTO spray nozzle and retrofited them to 08+ oil jet. The clutches will last a lot longer.

    Does anyone have more data/part numbers or some photos on this? I want to do it to my 04 RXP.

    I switched to the RR oiling system 2 seasons ago and even driving the 68-140 I havent even had to adjust slip yet and I KNOW my bearing are getting oil!!!!

    Ok I ordered parts yesterday. I think you will need the following: 1 oil spraying jet(420856875), 1 banjo screw(420840180) and 1 torx flanged screw M6x16(42064104. Can anyone that has done this chime in? I also need to figure out where exactly to drill and tap, I have an idea but want to be sure.
