    48lb Injectors

So I keep hearing that people running the X skis with the ETEC137 Billet wheel/spacer are a bit too rich running 50lb injectors, and that some people are looking for 48lb fuel injectors. Well I have all of these 48lb injectors that I had no idea people were looking for. Is there any interest for these from you X guys?

Well I've had these 48's here for a while and haven't sold them since everyone's been asking for 42's, 50's, 60's, and 72's....so I've never offered them to anyone. Then one of my customers called me today asking for them and told me on his RXP-X with the ETEC137 drop in wheel/spacer. He said he ran too lean with the stock 42's, and ran a bit rich with the 50's. So he said a buddy of his let him use some 48lb'ers and the ski ran perfectly. Now keep in mind I'm going off of what the customer told me, he is in NJ and is running in 60 degree air temps. They're the same price as the 42lb injectors as well.

I know of quite a few people using 48s. They seem to bridge the gap well between 42 and 50.

I'm speaking with an injector supplier right now to see how many different sizes we can get between 42LB and 72LB and try to bridge the gap even more. Plus I'm tryin to get some better pricing so I can pass along better discounts.

Exactly..There are a few of us in the Chicagoland area running the 48s..They seem to be what WE need here for our AFR to be right with the 2Rude setups. The 50s would have been a touch more richer on the bottom and mid range than what the 48s are..

    Armin,

    There are many sizes available. Ones I can get my hands on are 38 (or even lower), 42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 55, 60, 63, 65, 72, 75, 80, 83, 85 etc.. the list goes on.

The suppliers will most likely not budge on pricing because it usually puts them in direct competition with their retailers. It's worth a try though.
