I dont see anything wrong, but with your mods, I would think you would be running atleast 70. You should be getting 67 with just the J-PLate, if you ask me.

It looks as though (maybe just the angle of the pics) that teh ride plate hands too low on teh sides out past the pump shoe, like it may be dragginf a bit under the hull, again maybe its just the pics. Try using a bit of marinetex to fill the gap between the pump shoe and plate too, it helped for about .7 mph on mine, but all boats are different.

yeah, the heat is really killing my speed right now too, actually its the GA humidity,, it sbeen like 95 % humidity and 95 degrees. I have 1 washer on the front of my J-plate also, just keep trying different things until you get it right. Im no expert here, but ive been learning a lot really fast lately, or maybe its because I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night?

Be carefull which gap you fill. RX951 got tossed a few times after filling the wrong void.

I see that you beveled your grate like the shoe. Cool. I did that too. When I was installing the grate, I looked at it and said, "I'm going to clean this up a bit." Glad to see that I wasn't alone!!!

Bro, Not being an asshole here but... That is one of the worst pump shoe sealing jobs I have seen. Its sticking out everywhere. And you didnt seal the shoe to the tunnel. I can see the gaps plane as day. Your loosing speed in this area for sure. You want that entire area to be smooth as a babies butt. IMO pull the shoe and redo.
