    Intresting. I recently broke a few ribs on my belt and Im still running the same exact alignment from last season. Let me know if you find something.

    Another question for ya....have Kawi put a new pulley on the Crank as my replacement one that came with the new engine was less than half the weight of the origional one......never bothered to check the depth of the rear shoulder as the part number of the box was the same.....
    Thoughts...???
    I will let ya know what I find...

    I will let ya know what I find...
    It sure looks like the crank pulley is closer to the motor. Ask JWilson to take a measurement on his. His motor is out of the hull.

    Thanks blue sure will.....

    My measurements are from Crank case to rear of pulley 11.2 mm.
    and the rear of the pulley to the rib on the SC case was 14.6 mm.

    use two levers to see if you can move the crank in & out
    if you can your thrust washer a pooped,
    Time to pull it again

    Factory movement is max is .44mm
