    I-10 Construction

    Just a heads up for you guys traveling east on I-10. You might plan your trip around this.

    I don't think it will be too bad but the traffic will probably be backed up to the Bridge City exit, 4+miles. This might add another 30 minutes to the trip. This will get us ready for the no wake zones.

    That section of I-10, between the Texas line and Lake Charles, has been under construction since I moved to Houston 17 years ago. What a-hole is in charge of the roads around there????!!!!

    I don't know his name, but I heard he was from Bridge City.

    I spoke with someone yesterday who tried to go to Orange from Vidor and they said the traffic was terribly slow.
    If you get into Vidor and the traffic is slowing down, or if you want to avoid possible delays, attached is a way around it. This will add an extra 13 miles and 20 minutes to your trip.
