    Andy,
The 1100 was not a prime target for aftermarket exhaust and to my knowledge, none were ever made. You can always install after market items like a higher compression head, intake grate, ride plate, prop, reeds, larger carbs over the stock 38's, CDI's etc. Most are still out there to get pretty easy. You can go with engine porting to get a little more out of it also...it just depends no how much money you want to spend.

The 760 is in about the same boat...in terms of parts out there although I do believe factory pipe made one for it...and maybe pro-tec.

The key here is how much again, you want to spend. Both skis will never run really high speeds 70+ ....but some of us do have larger engines placed into the hulls to get more out of them. The GP1200 was a common engine for folks to put in there. Stock the raider 1100 is 110hp...where the GP1200 was 135hp

ok that sounds like what i have been hearing i saw that someone has a tripple pipe raider and i tried contacting him to see how he did it but i think i may just go with bigger carbs and some porting for now but i would like to see if someone has done the engine swap for the 1200 engine and waht kind of mods need to be done

the engine swap is cake. the motors are identical except for the bore size, cdi and flywheel.

My ski has the stock 1100 engine with over 300 hours, 44mm carbs directly off of a gp1200, just rejetted, a 1200 flywheel and a 1200 cdi mounted inside the 1100 electrical box. runs 62+ on stock compression and 87 octane

Yeah as Mike "add" stated...it's basic....very basic. The only custom part to work on is the mounting of the "E" box which is still basic with some delrin pins made to space the box out and also cutting of the battery box to make room for it so it does not hit the exhuast. I have a 1200 conversion in my ski. If you want to run cheap gas....stay at stock compression. If you don't mind putting fresh 93 in it, you can run 150 without issues.

NO the 1200 is a different engine all together and is the one that can accept the tripple pipes. It also takes a ton of hull work to fit the tripples in there. It's not a drop in and play set up.
