    1980 Z28 convertible

I bought this from a neighbor. It is a 1980 Z28, with the convertible conversion done to it. The car has 116000 original km (70000 miles) on it. It sat for the last 13 years, and was rarely driven before that. Other than the conversion, the car is untouched. I put new tires on it, gave it a little shine and vacuum, and away I went.

From what I have learned, I am the third owner, and the second bought it locally at the dealership here in 1981 with 6000 miles on it.

I'll get some more pics, these were the day I bought it.

Thats what I hear...I am going to go see what they can tell me at the dealership, as its a local car since birth.

If it was done by the main company who built them, they only built about 400 of them, and around 100 are left.

A few pics. Its really a nice car for having never really been cared for other than a shabby cover that was off more than on for the last 13 years.

It's safe to say your not going to see many of those on the road.

I've owned some cool vehicles, 64 Impala SS, 71 Chev SWB 4x4, 56 Ford F100, but this one gets the most attention of them all. Its amazing.
