my new ski and a slight problem

I just picked up my second ski. It's a '91 650sx. I got it for $750. Wamiltons of S.FL hooked it up pretty good. Here are some pics.

My problem is this: The gas door was extremely loose, so I decided to take off the nose cover. Both bolts broke off at the heads. I soaked the snapped bolt with penetrating oil for 2 days before I attempted to try and loosen it. I CAN NOT get the remaining bolts out. I tried screw extractors, easy outs, & even just drilling through the remainder of the bolt. Nothing works, I broke the grabit and a drill bit that led to a nice scratch in my handpole.

I've attached a pic of the broken studs.

    Any ideas??????
