Question What motor is in my Nautica International inflatable?

My buddy recently bought a 2000 Nautical International inflatable dinghy with a 2 stroke Yamaha twin. We need some parts and can't figure out what model jet ski this motor/jet came from?
The only significant numbers I could locate are J700L & 63N
Do any of you have any ideas?
    Thanks
