Talon Impellor Cones
Interesting that we are on the subject of Impellor cones today. I've been using an old RPM Racing Talon Impellor cone for the longest time. Except, after switching to a dynafly they are not staying on under the lip anymore.
This isn't just one prop or one talon, this is a few different ones of each. So, if you have an 05 pump, dynafly, and a talon impellor cone, I'd advice you crawl under your ski, and take a look. You might find your talon impellor cone up around the intake grate. It won't vibrate like the aluminum ones either.
It works fine on the older Solas and Skat props... I've never lost one.

Mark I just put a bead of right stuff around the head of the cone then it stays snug and easy enough to remove just zip it with a wire wheel

I had the cones backing out of the Dynafly too. Just
a touch of glue on them and they stay. Just a light tap
and they come right back out if needed.

These talon cones are a UHB plastic mixture. I'm unsure anything will hold it in place.
I'll give it a shot later. I think Ted is going to make up another run of talons shortly. I'm going to get a bigger lip for the dynaflys.

we made are own nose cone out of the r(right stuff) and it stayed together so there is no problem that this will hold and stay together

I put a few drops of blue loctite on my shaft and it has stayed so far.
