    BILLET FUEL RAILS by Danny

Here you go guys, something I have been working on for awhile. Originally these were going to be available in the Performance Store, but Jerry has allowed me to sell them direct.

These are DROP-IN Billet Aluminum Fuel Rails, with the flexibilty to mount a standard Rude RRFPR to the rail to help maintain equal pressure across the injectors. This is something to consider for individuals running high boost.

    Features are:

    - T-6061 Billet Aluminum
    - Larger internal volume capacity
    - Injector holes drilled with CNC stepped bit
    - Ends welded with 1/8-27 thread, same as fittings used on RRFPR
    - Welded mounted flange, with provison mounting for RRFPR
    - Powdercoated finish, but can be left raw for a brushed look

Can be used as a drop in replacement for the OEM plastic, then with the swap of a few fittings, can be redone to mount a RRFPR to the end of the rail to allow proper fuel pressure across ALL INJECTORS.

Testing on this rail system with a standard Rude RRFPR mounted on the rail has shown a lower base pressure needed to maintain the same AFR (setups will vary). To obtain a Rude RRFPR, grab one from the store...

The rails below in the pictures will be at Mudbug for individuals to look over and purchase. The will be offered in several finishes, including raw brushed, slightly polished, and powdercoated (several colors available)...

Here is a step-by-step tutorial on how to set these rails up for the on rail RRFPR mounting. If you have an old tank mount unit, or a remote mount, they both mount the same.

All inquires, feel free to PM me. They are made to order, and are welded by a local forum member Those that want to have one of the units below, you can grab them at Mudbug ...

I have one of these that I made at work, I belive that it is a big improvement over the dead head system. Plus as Danny said you will get more consitant AF ratios from all three cylinders due to equal pressure to all injectors. Well done Danny nice work. R88
