    Supercharger failure

    I know i have to clean all the oil screens and such,but is there a way to flush out the lower half of the engine.any ideas about this would be great.this is my first time working on a 4 tec engine. Thanks george

    take the engine out, and remove the PTO cover should be able to drain it all that way i would think

    Yes ,i have the engine out on the bench.i took the pto cover off.i have one tooth on the supercharger drive gear with a chip on it,and the supercharger gear has a couple of teeth with chips.i am not sure what to call it,but it looks like some sort of magnetic pickup on the pto cover has some filings on it.i will clean that off with parts cleaner(is brakekleen ok to use for this?).i was just wonering if there is any filings in the crankcase/
