    How much boost w/ stock i/c?

    How much boost do u feel comfortable with using the stock intercooler? I know a few guys run x chargers and greenwheels but how many are running rude/2rude with stock intercooler?

    I'm pretty sure I read somewhere where someone was running a Rude on the stock intercooler.

    Something in me wants to try the 2rude stock i/c.......maybe it's the intercooler that sprung a leak 1 day b4 MB

    Stock I/C AND stock air intake has been proven ok for a Rude 1 (stock injectors too).

    The plan is stock i/c, 2rude, 42# inj. rr ecu and rrfpr. Looks like I gotta go yank the wideband cable out of the car

    I'm thinking that JD1 did/does this a lot for customers using stock ECU, might ask him about it.

    Ok, 07rxp, riva grate, 15/22r, shorty w/box, stock i/c, 2rude, 42#inj, rear air,rrfpr, rr ecu, riva springs/retainers

    At 3/4 throttle and 7900rpm and 12.4 afr (little lean) I saw 75.1mph in less than ideal conditions. Base pressure at 65psi and rich at idle. 11.9afr @ 7200 but it goes lean from there. At 8krpm the boost was up to 12+, but afr was at 12.8 (too lean for wot riding). Who is going to the bug that can edit the rude fuel controller? If I stick these 50# inj. I have here, tune the wot, and then use the controller to chop fuel down low, I am good to go and should see 78+ from the stock i/c.

    Opinions?
