    pisser mod

Wondering if anyone would be interested in more billet aluminum pisser couplers to replace the stock cooling rail. Just got a new (to me) CNC machine for my shop and I can get a bunch out relatively quick. Would sell for $50 a set (3) shipped, billet with O-rings and adjustable stainless set screw for flow control if requested.

You got a CNC in YOUR shop or the guy you work for?
I can think of a few cool things to make with it, if it's yours.

Its in MY shop, which is the bomb, have my own FINALLY. Got the transformer wiring figured out and the perameters in the controller set.. took me a month of pulling my hair out. Its actually a VMC milling center, with no manual controls other than a handwheel that operates from a rotary encoder. If you have prints or a sketch (or just want to send me something to copy) I can do that.

As far as the pic's, there is a thread somewhere from when I made them using my employers CNC (they didn't like that after they figured out I was selling them). But that job is long gone and I now have my own business and a part time environmental position (most of the environmental people hate jet ski's... don't know why..)

There is a thread with pic's somewhere just search for pissers. I can look it up when I have a bit more time.

Yes this is for all fuji engines, and yes I can make some for the domestics too, although I may not be able to do an adjustable flow control set screw right off.

Want to get at least 5-10 sets sold before I go and buy material, tooling, etc. Also, thinking of making molds for the rear grab handle on the back of the seat.. would anyone need one of those? again would like to get a feel for the demand before going in on the material.

The second and third picture in the thread K447 posted are the ones I make. Thanks guys for your support

I will take two sets, would like to see what there going to look like, I haven't done any searching yet on theses pissers but what do they use for the water exit on the hull of the ski and will that come with the kit your selling? Cya Slick

PS..Now I wondering about the restrictors that need to be used for each cylinder since the pto runs so much cooler compared to the mag any ideas
