Exhaust manifold / header

I know GP has an exhaust manifold spacer, but I know nothing about it. Jerry, since we can 'post freely' on your forum, can you tell us what you know?

Also, wondering if a full water jacketed three tube header would be all that difficult for someone to build ... I am sure Factory Pipe could do it, or even a marine header builder. It would be much simpler than most marine headers really, quite a bit of room, easy water routing, cooling water not shared with the motor, etc.

A good header should be worth 10 - 20 horsepower on our RXPs I would think, which would be worth some $$$ to most of us. Just a thought ...

Has anyone used this manifold spacer from PPG?

not yet. I should have one and get my testing done by the end of the month. My results may not be significant as i'll have the RR Stage 3 ported head and racing cam so it would be hard to compare it to a stock unported head.

My head will be ported also, so I would be interested to hear what you come up with, I'm waiting on the EMS to come out on the 10th.....I just hope it happens
