pistons/nikisal plating, and ot headgasket q's

I was curious about how big of bore you can go with the riva 3 piece heads, how in the heck do you get a 90 MM piston in these engines, and also..what does anyone know about putting an engine together without a headgasket? this would be on an air cooled engine, but I would also be interested in for my GPR project.....how much does it cost to get a cylinder nikasiled? thanks

I know someone who has gone with 92 mm pistons, You have to use a gasket unless you send the heads out to get o ringed, Boring and nickasiled is about $200 per cylinder if I'm not mistaken.

Going 90 plus it has to be bored and renikisil, If you try to sleeve there will be no wall support left.
