Question for guys running 6* wedge

After being bummed that a certain someone on here sold his 6* pump wedge out from under me i decided to make my own.
Made them at work today and the best part, they didn't cost me a dime.

Anyway, i was wondering if the inlet tube needs any modification made to it to run the wedge. Mainly right in front of the o-ring to allow the tube to be at that much of an angle going into the exit nozzle. It almost looks like it might need a little relief to fit properly. Just figured i'd ask the guys that've already done it.

Is this something that you could make more of, if the demand was there?

You can get them, but they run about $80, and if you can do it cheaper, you just put yourself in business my friend!

I was thinking of making a bunch of stealth stacks too because i might need to make another set for myself. I've made my own in the past after 32degH20 was kind enough to give me the dimensions from his lako ones.

people could send you a 4 wedge and you could maybe grind them down a little if you had the machinery?

I have both style 6 degree wedges the thick and thin versions and i did not have to extend the tube at all .
Now with an 8 degree you have to modify the tube
Great Job see it worked out even better

To get it to a 6 degree you would have nothing left at the top. A 6 degree has a lot of meat at the bottom and very little on top as it is.

I aplaude you guys that make performance parts for our aging skis.

You can't buy them anymore, so someone on here will make them.
