SLTX Bogging at Half Throttle
My '97 SLTX starts fine and runs fine except, if you cruise at around 1/2 to 3/4 throttle for more than a minute or two it starts to bog down. If you let off the throttle and come back up or if you advance the throttle to full open the engine resumes power. It just doesn't like to run at 1/2 to 3/4 throttle.
Suspecting a fuel problem I removed the carbs for overhaul and replaced all of the fuel lines. However, I didn't find any smoking gun (e.g., clogged filter or jet, bad pop-off psi).
Any suggestions before I reinstall the carbs?

If you hold the throttle steady when the bogging happens, does the choke make the problem worse, or better?
