How do I get the little one way valves back in my mikuni 44?How do I get the little one way valves back in my mikuni 44? The instructions say use a little wd40 and push and it's that simple. I call bs.
They looked fine, but I figured ehh I'll replace them, then I have to put the plast circles back on... any help?

Geez, I shoulda never opened that carb... now I have a one way valve plug with a hole through it. Looks like the carb is taking a ride to have someone else put them in as everything else is done. wtf?

I've put holes in plenty as well..
It will go in by hand. The way I do it is to try to put one side of it into the hole first and then use your nail to push in and down around the perimeter...basically trying to stuff it into the hole. Once you get it started hold it tight and flip it over and work it through on the other side that your trying to push it into. It takes some practice...
