Was watching Anthony Bourdain do his part to slow the outbreak of pigs. People in Hong Kong can cook the hell out of a pig. That food loked great!

before I left W. TX we use to spotlight at least 4 days a week....hogs, coyotes, foxes, and the occasional bobcat... ready to get back home. sea goat you ever cooked a pig in the ground? now that is good stuff

Been to 4 of them although I've never done 1 in the ground myself. It takes 16-20 hours of time in the ground to cook a pig. You stuff the insides with veggies. Potatoes, carrots, onoins....etc and when you dig it up, everything is cooked in pig juices. Heck of a feast!!! Damn, I'm hungry just thinking about it.
