    GPS'd both my ski's today.

07 LX wtih about 35 hours gps'd at 50mph 7450rpm and 08 250X with about 27 hours gps'd at 62mph 7490rpm. Very little chop, 165lb rider tucked behind the handlebars. I was disappointed. Seems like I'm about 4-5mph off on both ski's than what they should be. Both of them are completely stock.

I've also heard the bypass valve could be leaking. Some say to block it off, other say not to do that. Any thoughts on that?

Do it. Your RPMs seem a bit slow too. Should be around 7650 on the 250.

I also noticed that I could turn the supercharger belt adjuster in a little by hand and it would stop and then I could turn it out a little by hand and it would stop. Is it supposed to be like that?

One more thing. The duct that runs from the relief valve to the airbox was disconnected at the airbox. I put it back on prior to testing the speed and rpm of the ski, but I wasn't sure if that could have affected anything.
