    Should my rpm be higher???

    07 RXP,,,,,INSTALLED THE Riva SC, solas 14/19, 42 injectors, air intake,riva grate,wedge, only getting 7900 rpms, shouldnt i be getting over 8000 rpms

    which sc is it? rpms need to be around 8100. i don't think you need the injectors until you get an external ic that might be holding you up and making it real rich.

    You can depitch the trailing edge of your impeller slightly to get up to 8100 RPM. There's a "how to" in the FAQ section.

    I would try your old injectors.

    thr riva gen2, was told when i bought it needed the 42 injectors

    Where are you located? The higher the humidity and air temperature, the lower the hp you're going to make until you remove some pitch from the impeller to get your rpms back up... Ron

    no you dont need 42 injectors go back to stock and you only need 42 went you go with stage 3 riva SC and IC .I used to have you same setup and was in the 8160 rpm @73 mph

    as stated in og post,went back to the stock injectors,still no change in rpm's actually about 7700-7800, went through some boxes and actually got sold the 15/20 instead of the 14/19 that i thought i had,,,,,,,is the 15/20 too much?

    Im in the exact situation you are with the same ski and mods except for the injectors. I just went and checked the box and I did however get a 14/19. As you I am a little disappointed. Was suggested that I check oil level and also slip in the SC.

    Are you saying you are running the 15/20? If so your rpm's are about right. With the same setup I was running 7780-7820 @ 73 mph.
