    PWC Insurance

    PWC Insurance
Ok so Iím looking for insurance for my ski. Right now I'm looking at GEICO and Progressive. What limits should I look for?
Bodily Injury $10,000 person /$20,000 accident
    Property Damage: $10,000
    Uninsured/ Underinsured Boater: $10,000 person /$20,000 accident
Physical Damage options: Actual Cash Value
    Comprehensive: $500.00 Deductible
    Collision: $250.00 Deductible

    Total is $636.21

Is 10k enough or should I do 25k or more

    Any Advice would be great

Man your avatar is ugly. That price is kinda high but you're getting good coverage. Here's mine from American Relaible.

    Premium $201
Deductible for total and theft $250
    Medical $1000
    Uninsured boater (hitting me) $15,000
    Liability $15,000

Your quote may include new replacement. That is, total yours and you'll get a brand new replacement.

I have Progressive and actually had to file a claim. First rate service all around. I did look into Geico but found they are just a broker for another insurance company. Go Progressive.

you can't have enough personal injury coverage...

A broken arm with any complication is going to cost over 10k, my philosophy is to go for the max coverage the policy allows, pay the money and pray like heck that you never need to call the agent.

The max is like $500,000 lol

I think Im goin to shoot for 25k Im going to make some calls today but with the issues with the RXT-X's I my just go with Progressive because they will cover it if it sinks.

    Thanks for the input

    you'd be surprised

what docs charge these days to reattach a severed finger, $25k just gets you in the door. If you have few assests to protect then you can go with minimal insurance. Once I bought my first home, I wasn't about to lose it over an insurance premium.
