Best trim setting for topspeed
I am a bit confused.
After reading many threads on trimming your ski, i can't find the right answer.
Some say trim above neutral, other say trim as low as possible.
I never GPS'd my speeds on my RXT-X ,but in my opininion, low setting of the trim is for holeshot and the higher settings above neutral are for speed (less drag).
What do you guys think is best?

all the way up for me = best top speed

All depends on your set up. I have had a chance to ride many skiis. Some are fastest one above neutral and some full trim up and some somewhere in between. Find some smooth water get a GPS and start running it till you have the right trim level for your ski.

My best trim setting is one click above neutral.
I think that's what most riders do for topspeed.
Higher settings make the ski more jumpy imo.
But i read a thread with gps readings, and his best speed was with the trim all the way down.
That's why i want to know everybody's trim settings.

On my T-X the best setting for me is right in the middle.
Really the best way to find it in your particular setup is to make speed runs at each trim setting. Find a relatively empty area and just go back and forth at different settings until you find what makes you fastest.
1 above center is pretty fast for me too, but I get another 2 tenths with it right in the middle. Any up or down from that drops it even more.

One thing for sure it isn't with trim all the way down. Not sure what the fella was talking about.

Ok ,this is what i meant about the trim all the way down.
This guy's speeds where fastest ,trimmed all way down!!!!
Not logical imo ,but he looks serious to me!
Look at what i copied at the speed and mod database.
