    2001 Seadoo GTX MPH Gauge

I just bought this GTX as a fixer. Turns out there was damage to the drive shaft, housing, and impeller. Replaced all and it runs great...but my MPH gauge doesn't work on either gauge. The digital gauge turns on and reads the RPMs, Temp, etc...but not the MPH.

Any suggestions on a fix. Location of the sensor and approx cost to replace or repair?

The sensor is on the ride plate just to the left (as you sit on it) of the pump. You will see a little paddle wheel thingy. That is part of the sensor.

The wheel may be damaged and or the sensors themselves are kind of hit or miss and ALWAYS inaccurate.
