    08rxtx pro nozzle

    08tx i put in the pro nozzle and the 83mm ring it seems like i lost speed though. i have the riva 4inch filter catch can 15/22r prop riva grate i tried the 82mm ring first rpms were to high 8150 so i put in the 83ring an no change full tank of gas 68.00 gps do i get a 84 -85 ring and try them or go back to stock prop and tune from there

    You need to go smaller, not larger.

    thanks guys for the info today when i was on my way to work i called riva an they said the same thing too. he said it will load the motor more too lower rpms too. i will let you know the outcome

    i have a full stage 1 kit mods in sig and i run 68 with a full tank....run you ski on 1/3 tank of gas or less and keep her trimed down (do not trim up at all) and you will be impressed 70+ with my set up on 1/3 tank trim down i hit 72.8 73.0

    this is on a T-X not a P-X

    I would not go lower than a 83 on a T-X is will be a dog out of the hole and in the heat I plan on trying a 84 or 85

    i put in the 81ring she rips very diff out of the hole an up top full tank 68 gps on chop rpms were right on 8040 -8080 i hit 8100 once but you could feel it stay right in the hp on top too. cant wait for glass water soon going to put in the opas block offs that riva sales

    Running with trim all the way down for top speed makes no sense whatsoever. The best setting for top speed runs is well known to be 1-2 notches above the middle trim setting. With your mods you should be seeing alot more speed then 68. You should be able to hit 72-73 with a full tank easily unless you're running at altitude.

    mabe my gps is off or something. the water was not flat either so what is the next step you think mods to date are riva grate 4inch riva filter catch can 15/22r prop pro nozzle 81ring rpms 8060-8080. my ride plate holes are not filled yet or grate either should i do that too

    I think you should go back to the 83 ring and then add pitch to the trailing edge of your 15/22 to bring rpms back down . Your rpms are good right now. Yes, fill the ride plate holes. I don't know how much gain there is too filling the grate mounting holes but every little bit helps i guess. Are you at sea level or not? With the 4" air and 15/22 I would think you should get 70-72 mph.
