How to pull behind boat
I would like to pull my MSX 150 behind my boat. I would like to use it to get around while the boat is at anchor. When my son is home he rides it. When my wife and I go out together, my wife should ride it out but won't.
I know you are supposed to clamp it off when towing, but it looks like it is real hard to get in there.
Could I start it, set neutral and pull it with the engine running?

this thread, and follow the links for more information on installing a shut off valve.
Install the valve in the cooling water intake hose where you can reach it fairly easily, and make up a tag or such that you can put on the ski when the valve is closed, as a reminder to open the valve before you start the engine.
Just make sure you put the valve in the correct hose
I don't think towing with the engine idling is a good plan. If you stop while towing (or before you even get underway), the tow rope could get sucked into the jet pump. And it won't tow all that well with the reverse bucket part way down. It could even drop farther, into full reverse position, while you are towing.
