    looking for gps

    My bud needs a new gps, he wants a Garmin etrex if possible (the yellow one) if your selling one, or similar one, hit me up with a PM. thanks all

    Mainly so it will sho up in a search (Like that is ever done) Just wanted to put out there NOT to get a Forerunner. I have the 205 version and while it will do, I know it misses some speeds because it is slow.

    Seems like you need to hold that exact speed for about 3 seconds before it will register it.
    I will be going with an eTrex Vista Hcx probably.

    I have an etrex Summit HC color. Comes with 12v plug usb cable and bike holder, that I have taken apart so it would pull tie on a flat surface, like glove box cover. Its got a altimeter that I thought I wouldnt use but have heard it maks the gps more accurate, there is a graph that shows rising or falling pressure, that tells you the weather is getting ready to change. I will take $140 shipped to lower 48.

    Perfect. If you learn how to use it. It has jump master geocaching and a bunch of stuff. but yes everything is working just like new.
