I have the same problem with my 750 sxi I went as far as even taking the head and exhaust off to make sure there was nothing clogging up the water jackets. Everything is clear and still no cooling water.

When back flushing w/a waterhose...does water come out of the pisser? How bout out of the exhaust? or even through the water pick up hose hole on the side of the jet pump? Also have you taken apart the head & exhaust & cleaned out the water jackets ?( they will collect all the liittle crap that gets sucked up the jet pump & eventually clog up the water passageways reducing the flow & causing a overheat condition) Oh! also does your waterbox get extremly hot??(to the point of almost melting the rubber connections?) If so then your restrictor gasket aft the pisser on the exhaust is clogged.

I noticed that the pisser that comes out the jet was clogged on mine. I'm assuming at this point that it was jammed into some sand at the back end, also, the steering cable was bent up under the handle bars.

All good places to look for debris.
