Silly Question..Ski dropped hard
hey guys..i know this sounds silly, but i prop my ski up with a pole that put the trailer nose about 3 ft in the air. I came home this evening and it had dropped off the pole. Like i said the ski trailer nose was about 3 ft off the ground when it feel. Do you think this harsh hit caused any damage to my 06 GP that was on the trailer at the time or would the rubber mounts take the impact out. Thanks for helping this worried newbie out...

Look at the hull at the trailer bunk ends. If you damaged the smc you should see a bunch of stress cracks in the gel coat.

if there are stress cracks or lets say, its broken through, what do you use to fix SMC?

fiberglass mat wetted with epoxy on the inside of the hull and outside. The owners manual has a little info on it towards the end.

unless you can see damage i would doubt there would be any
as a trailor is set up more like see saw the fall should not have been that hard
