Help with Output Sleeve on crank for splines.

Guys has anyone of you ever removed the Output Sleeve on the crank? The part that has the driveshaft splines in it? I have a crank with a tore up Output Sleeve and need it replaced. The crank is in perfect shape the shop just put the driveshaft in backwards and the first start up... Well you know. Any help would be awesome.

Holly crap bro, You got a big enough breaker bar on there.
So I guess crank locking pin, a bunch of heat, a long breaker bar and counter clockwise rotation? Since the threads are stripped. What did you use to remove it? My PTO spline tool doesn't work with out the splines.
