First step is check battery volts at the battery with a meter WHILE cranking. A good charged battery should give 11+ volts while cranking.
    You need 10.6volts minimum.

The battery is a little discharged. I have attached other battery through wires (from the car). On the display at a wheel shows pressure 12.8v, and during start-up 11-11.6v. And what capacity at the battery should be (in ampere-hours)

    Welcome to the Hulk

We don't get many members from Russia

The battery size is 19 Ampere Hours

Click here for a service manual.

There are several other owners with similar problems on their Ficht fuel injected machines. Have a look at this thread.

Thanks for a greeting. I communicate on many sites. Esteemed also yours - here many clever people. Whether I want the ignition system can ask to be blocked if a battery current strength big (19 and 65 and more ampere-hour). When I have connected the charging device (on the display showed 16.5v) the starter did not rotate the engine. Has disconnected - has earned again.
I can not open Polaris Service Manuals.
    How to find malfunction?
(I am sorry for my bad English language)

A larger battery capacity will not prevent the engine from starting.

The CDI and LR module electronics do not like voltage jumps, and can be damaged if the battery voltage is suddenly changed.

Be careful when connecting other batteries. Make sure the battery polarity is connect - red is positive cable.

Do I understand correctly - the engine does NOT crank over (NOT turn over). Is this correct?

The start system is very simple. Remove, clean and check every connection in the heavy cables.

The service manual files are VERY large files. Download times can be many, many minutes. 200MB file size!

Make sure you have installed the current update for Adobe Acrobat READER, and Windows Updates.

You may need to install a different web browser. I like Mozilla Firefox.
