    Polaris Virage i won't start

I have a 2002 Polaris Virage i that won't start. It was running fine and then died and couldn't be re-started. The dealer kept it 2 months last summer and then told me I needed a new emm. It was the end of the season so I didn't have it replaced at that time. Can anyone direct me to a source for a new emm? Is it the type of repair that I could do myself or will I have to rely on the Polaris dealer? (The dealer is over 100 miles from where I live.) Thanks.

Click below for service manuals, and other useful info.

Click here for the link to DFI Technologies, who does repairs on the EMM units.

You can send it off to DFI right away, or you can do some diagnostics on your own. If you trust the dealer's analysis, give DFI a call to arrange the EMM repair.

The EMM is probably tucked up over the fuel tank. Here is how to remove it.
