    Handlebar crossbar?

I took off the stock handlebar pad last night and I think I am going to leave it like that, I think it looks better, plus it gives a place to mount a GPS... I would like to get one of the bolt-on crossbars like are on the Riva bars for some added strength and to add a nice pad to: http://www.rivayamaha.com/RivaStore/...t%20Handlebars

Any suggestions as to where I can get a bolt-on bar like this??

I haven't seen just the crossbar, but for the price, you can buy a nice set of aftermarket handlebars to compliment your ski. just a thought.

Your local motorcycle shop should carry assorted brands.
Also check ebay. Stock O.D. is 7/8"

    Fly Racing, Moose, Azonic ect....

I am looking for a bolt-on handlebar crossbar that I can put on my stock XLL bars to add the look of a set of aftermarket bars cheaper and easier. Anyone have one or know where I can buy one???

The problem you come across with some aftermarket bars, with the XLL (not sure if it's a problem with GPR) is that if they are higher or much wider than stock, the control cables won't reach, and your cover won't fit over the bars. I tried a couple of pair of aftermarket bars, then just got some from Riva. They look good and still have plenty of room for a GPS.

Abbott has a couple of posts about installing aftermarket bars.... read up.

With most bars, all you should have to do is drill a couple of holes to mount the start/stop switch and a hole for the nub on the throttle assy. For some reason I had to grind the left side of my Riva bars so the trim would roll around on it.

I have read all the posts, I just thought If I could just get the bolt on crossbar that all the aftermarket bars have I wouldn't have to worry about changing bars...
