Took my 97 tigershark 10000 out today after changing it over to pre-mix. It starts right up, but boggs like crazy. It won't even get over 10mph unless I give it half choke and hold the throttle in for a while it will eventually get up to 40mph but still is hesitant. Next move is to rip the carbs off and see whats going on, any other suggestions? Would it run like this if I mixed the oil wrong?

Don't ride it that way or you will cause engine damage from lack of fuel. Time to remove the carbs and clean/rebuild them with new SBN kits. Also change the fuel filter and fuel lines while it is apart.
