Thumbs up Type 20 I/C Results

Trying to put numbers regarding performance of this IC in one place.

Today is was 99* F here in Wylie, TX when I was riding midday. I would guess from the logs that the water temp was around 86*F

I saw 259*F before the IC and 113*F after the IC.

IMO that is fantastic! Fracking fantastic!

I was not babying today, I ran thru a tank of fuel in 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Then, ran to Dale's and bought 2 VP Racing jugs.....

Where are you measuring the after I/C temps? Closer to the I/C or closer to the throttle body?

I am measuring the before temps in the top neck of the I/C and the after in the bottom curve of the boost J tube. I wanted the after as close to the TB as possible without tapping something more expensive to replace if needed...

Today was hot as chit and I could only stand it for about an hour. Haven't looked at the log yet. Goin out to party!

Hehe, my 8 hours of free loggin is up on the Motec now. I need to get the full logging enabled unless I can find a deal on a RacePak IQ3 logging dash (preferred) first. I doubt the temp rise is too much, it's only about 6 inches to the TB at most.

    Hi shobiz
logging is really cheap for the m400
Get Nils to give you a quote.

Oh and we released the software to put GPS direct into the M400 as well
It is seriously good for testing mods, again talk to Nils about it.

    Cheers
