Question on RRFPR?
The complete set of my tuning is written in my signature... Stock Ecu and riva supercharger impeller, 50lb injectors...
my speed 74.5mph 7900rpm 82 mm nozzle prop 15/22r repitch 3mm...
Whether it is necessary to me rrfpr?
What will change?

You don't need a RRFPR with the RIVA X upgrade, but its nice to have. You will be rich at idle and just a little too rich at WOT without the RRFPR. If you do a RRFPR, you need to be able to check AFRs.
You need to spin the engine to 8100rpms. Increase nozzle size and/or decrease prop pitch. If you still have your 87mm stock nozzle, try it. It must feel kind of doggy with the set up you have now.
Oh yeah. That R&D cone is not helping either. I tried it, its now laying in my toolbox.

Do you have a 83mm ring or a stock RXP nozzle? You may have been on the limiter with the 87mm nozzle. Your weather is going to mess with you, too. As it heats up, you are going to lose speed unless you can make more power somehow.

Do you have a RIVA intake grate or stock intake grate? You have enough stuff to be going 77-79mph. The best combo I had for speed was a R&D grate, 81mm nozzle, a Solas 15/20 pitched to give me 8100-8120 at WOT. You have to play with the trim for max rpm and speed, too. First get a set up that will get the r's down to about 8000. Find some smooth water and find the sweet spot on the trim with that set up. Max speed and rpms. Next only change the pitch on the prop to get r's up to 8100-8120. That will get you, your max speed. If you change anything from there, you will have to start over. Here is what I would try. A 81mm, your 15/22 pitched to a 14/22-23. I like the R&D grate, but the RIVA or WORX will work. Be careful with the RIVA if you are using it. If everything on the ski is right, you should be atleast 77mph.
