Oil Tank Leak
I noticed a bit of oil coming from the tank. The clamp was firmly attached and upon a visual the hose is not cut from the clamp. Is this a problem?

Check to see if the pressure relief valves are working. Don't fill your tank up past the top of the tank.

Thanx Mark, should I just throw a popoff tester on the vent line or is it more involved?

Just yank it off there, and you can pull a vacuum yourself. They should just be one way valves... I've replaced them from the same style at autozone before.
